This app was created by Dr. Sandra Kahn, an orthodontist based in the Bay Area with over 20 years of experience. Dr. Kahn is the author of GOPex, Let's Face It!, and JAWS, and specializes in Forwardontics, focusing on how daily activities like breathing and chewing impact jaw, facial development, and overall health.

The GOPex app targets parents looking to support their children (preferably between 4 and 18 years old) in cultivating proper postural habits for optimal facial development and well-being.

Through instructional videos, parents can guide their children in performing postural exercises such as chewing, counting, or reading. Subsequently, submitted videos will undergo evaluation, followed by 90 days of personalized feedback to aid in enhancement.

Promising visible improvements within 30 days, the ultimate objective is to instill good posture as a lifelong practice.
